Boiling cauldron made of flameproof clay, enriched with iron oxide. Fired at 1230°C in an oxidation atmosphere to ensure lasting durability and heat resistance.
This cauldron is designed for boiling water over a charcoal stove. When used with the included flame diffuser, it can also be safely used on gas and electric stoves (not suitable for induction hob).
Total capacity: 3200 ml (to the rim)
Recommended boiling capacity: up to 2700 ml
