Shipping
I am based in Czech Republic and ship my work worldwide.
The shipping costs are calculated by weight of products and country of destination at checkout. If you do not find your country in the selection, please let me know.
Packages are shipped with FedEx (USA), Czech Post, GLS (Europe) or DHL. The delivery time can vary a lot, and it is hard to predict. Depending on the specific country and its current situation (especially during peak shipping seasons). However, most shipments recently have been delivered approximately within:
Europe (GLS) 3-5 days after shipping
USA (Fed Ex) 5-10 days after shipping, DHL even faster
overseas (Czech Post) about 2 weeks after shipping - in some cases up to 6 weeks
overseas (DHL) 3-10 days after shipping

DHL is the fastest shipping method. Anyway, I have not yet fully implemented the price calculation. In some cases, the final shipping costs with DHL may increase — I will always inform you of this and we will discuss all options.
If you prefer DHL but it is not available for your country at checkout, please let me know and I will provide you with further details.
Processing Time
My aim is to have your order dispatched as quickly as possible. Sometimes due to number of orders or timing, it may take up to 5 days from the order confirmation. If you need your order to be shipped out urgently, please don’t hesitate to let me know — I’ll do my best to prioritize it!
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email notification with the tracking details.
Customs Charges
Please note that some countries may apply customs fees, duties, or taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. I am not able to determine and predict what these charges may be. Please verify these policies with your local customs office before you place an order.
Payment
All payments on this online-shop are made through the Stripe payment gateway. You can pay with all major debit and credit cards or Apple Pay. After completing the payment, you will receive confirmation by email.
If you have a recurring problem with completing a payment, please contact me.
Returns & Refunds
It is very important for me that you are happy with the whole transaction. If there is anything you would like to share, please leave me a message and we can discuss it.
You also may return anything you are not happy with. In that case, please contact me and we will work everything out. Unfortunately I am not able to reimburse shipping costs unless the item is damaged in some way. I will refund you the price of products and you are responsible for all shipping charges.
I will offer a full refunds if the item get damaged during transport or if the shipment get lost. All packages are tracked and I pack my pots carefully, so it happen very rarely, but unfortunately it cannot be ruled out. If the product arrived in bad condition, please contact me with photos of the damaged pieces and packaging materials (including box). Please also get in touch with me if the shipment get lost or the delivery time seems to be too long.
A part of the shipping costs may be refunded if the final costs are significantly cheaper than the system estimated or if you place more orders which will be shipped as one package.
