She says about her teapets: “Every element during tea time brings something special. And for me tea pets are dear companions during my tea time. Sharing the tea with them by pouring it over them is a symbol of gratitude and hospitality. Each piece is unique, hand made and wood fired. They are not necessarily made to resemble any animal or other creature, so what you see in them is left for your imagination. By making them I hope they can make tea time even better, I hope they may bring serenity, warmth and smile to those who adopt them.”
