Please read Alcohol stove handbook before first use.
How to choose the right alcohol stove for a kettle or boiling sidehandle
The kettle must not be more than 1 cm smaller in diameter than the stove (sometimes up to 1.5 cm), otherwise it will not hold well on the three supports.
A small stove (around 14 cm in diameter) can be used on both a small sidehandle and the largest kettle. Technically yes, but aesthetically it doesn't look the best. That's why I recommend choosing a stove with a similar diameter to the pot.
